COVID-19 Pandemic
The Situation at SMC and the surrounding area.
Andhra Pradesh became the fifth state in the country to top over 1 Million coronavirus cases in April 2021 and Pedavegi cases are rising every day, including the surround areas of the school.
Residents of Pedavegi village and surround area are facing a very pathetic situation with no work, no proper health care and many people are facing a lack of nutritious food.
As a Charity and Community, we are doing all we can to keep safe the children, staff and families of our school community by providing food, emergency health care, PPE and support, as well as extending this support out to the villages.
